Getting Started

1. Install Samsung Mobile Drivers

   Download and install the Samsung mobile drivers from here

2. Prepare Your Device

   If your device is setup, ensure Auto Blocker  is disabled

   Before connecting your phone, make sure:

   • Your device is on the home or welcome screen
   • There is no password or lock screen active

3. Connect the Device
   • Plug the device into your computer.
   • Press the Connect button in the tool.
4. Pair the Device

   After plugging in your device

   Your browser will prompt you to:

   • Select your device
   • Confirm pairing
5. Device Information

   The tool will automatically read:

   • Your current CSC
   • Your original CSC

Fixing Update Issues

If your device is not receiving updates:

1. Convert the device back to the original CSC.
2. Once converted, you should be able to check for and install updates normally.

Unbranding a Device

To remove carrier branding:

1. Select the Unbrand option in the tool.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter failures, errors, or the tool is not working:

1. Restart the device
2. Reconnect it to the computer
3. Try the process again
